Suggested Winter Menu, 3 Courses

Starter:

Roe with butter-fried brioche, iced silver onion, mustard cress, sour cream, and Jerusalem artichoke chips, or
Bao bun with pork rillette, pickled turnip, crispy onions, and sesame cream.

Main Course:

Halibut with seafood sauce, sautéed sea coral with shrimp, onion, mashed potatoes, and fennel salad, or
Beef tenderloin with tarragon butter, red wine sauce, potato croquette, sautéed mushrooms, and kale chips.

Dessert:

Crème brûlée with chocolate cake and berries, or
3 types of cheese with crispbread, house-made marmalade, and figs.
